The Project is over. Now what?

The RS Rep at the student's school will meet to debrief the participants and to make arrangements for the necessary summary reports for the various aspects of school life.

Parents and each RS member school should be very sensitive to the extent to which a student may want to discuss at great length the project and its impact on the life of the returning student. It is difficult for students to walk away from these undertakings and we should facilitate their transition back into their normal routine and do all we can to recognize their efforts and accomplishments.

There may be presentations to be made to service groups who may have provided financial support for the student.

There will be a report forthcoming from the Group Leader on the efforts and involvement of each participant, and students may be asked to submit a survey questionnaire in order to ensure that there were no areas of concern for participants.

Most students continue their involvement in international support and aid in some manner, thanks to their direct involvement.
